Bebe Blumenthal and I are bringing a night of Bluegrass to the SoHy Shops at the corner of Gallatin and Route 1, right across from Franklin’s restaurant. The co-op is home to My Dead Aunts Books, Suffragette City, Tally Home, and Dinosaur Pancake Music, and on October 2nd it will be home to some hot picking and high lonesome harmonies.
Doors open at 7:30 and music starts at 8pm. Bebe and I will start the show with a duo set of our favorite bluegrass and country songs, and the second set will invite other pickers to sit in and jam. If you are a bluegrass player bring your instrument and pick some tunes with us.
